Creative directed and wrote this triple postcard for a multi-channel campaign during the 2023 holiday season. The goal was to get older cardmembers (who may be more comfortable engaging with traditional mail) to add their card to the Digital Wallet of their smart device.

Discover® Card Acquisition DM
Creative directed and wrote this direct mail package for Discover Card's Refer a Friend program. The strategy was to leverage the loyalty of long-time cardmembers to grow cardmember base.

Data suggested older, more loyal cardmembers might be more likely refer Discover to friends in person rather than via email or text. So we used DM and gave our loyal advocates a "$100 Ticket" as something tangible to share.


The package included 4 attached tickets. the front was colorful and featured a large $100 to highlight the value of the offer.

Back of each ticket featured QR code so recipient could easily accept offer.
